Welcome to The Kitchen Studio!!  The Kitchen Studio is our series of cooking and entertaining classes hosted by Pauline (Front Range Cannery) & Erika (Bird & Brass) in Erika's home kitchen. Together in our kitchen with good food and friends - does it get any better than this!?

Join us for an intimate and fun hands-on cooking class with Pauline.  There's sure to be good food, music, and laughs as we get to know each other and fine tune our kitchen skills.  

This month's in-home kitchen session is a lesson on making homemade pasta.  If you've been fortunate enough to enjoy homemade pasta, you know what a treat it is.   Pauline has grown up making pasta and has much to share.  You’ll learn techniques with hands on practice and take-home recipes and leave knowing how to make delicate and delicious pasta.  We'll snack as we cook and drinks are included.  We can't wait!   Space is limited so save your seat now!
