Welcome to The Kitchen Studio - our series of cooking and entertaining classes hosted by Pauline (Front Range Cannery) & Erika (Bird & Brass) in Erika's home kitchen. Together in our kitchen with good food and friends - it doesn't get any better than this.

Join us for a hands-on baking class where you’ll learn the art of making beautiful, delicious artisan bread — from mixing and shaping to baking that perfect golden crust.

You’ll also discover the special technique for creating festive Star Bread, a show-stopping centerpiece for the holiday season.
