Painting Foundations with Leslie Moody

Join seasoned, local artist Leslie Moody and sharpen the skills that are foundational to any well-crafted painting: drawing and color theory.  

Rethink what you know about drawing with the approach documented by Betty Edwards in her book, Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain.  You'll learn a new approach to drawing that will stretch and grow your drawing skills!

The second portion of the class will be devoted to color theory.  Spend time learning to mix colors that are interesting, vibrant, muted, satured and desaturated - all necessary but not always easy to achieve.   

Leave the class with skills you can immediately put to use AND with a sketchbook, compliment of Leslie!   

This is class is perfect for new or experienced artists!  All experience levels are welcome!
