Welcome to The Kitchen Studio!! The Kitchen Studio is our new series of cooking and entertaining classes hosted by Pauline (Front Range Cannery) & Erika (Bird & Brass) in Erika's home kitchen. Together in our kitchen with good food and friends - does it get any better than this?
Join us in Erika's kitchen for an intimate and fun hands on cooking class with Pauline. There's sure to be good food, music, and laughs as we get to know each other and fine tune our kitchen skills.
Learn to make Pauline's perfect sandwich sourdough bread. This bread has a softer crust and a little less tang making it a perfect choice for sandwiches. Best of all, it's ready faster than traditional sourdough! Included in this class are all ingredients to make a loaf of quick sourdough bread, a sourdough starter, and ready to bake loaf of sourdough. You will also take home a Danish whisk and a rubber scraper.
Snacks and drinks are included!
