Brazilian Peaberry - Publica Coffee

This unique single origin hails from the Mara Madeira Coffee Farm in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. We are excited to partner with this women-owned farm powered by generational coffee farming practices and sustainability. 

Brazil Peaberry is a naturally occurring single-bean mutation that roasts beautifully. This roast uses the red and yellow Catuai peaberry that has a high-quality, rare, and bright body. Our medium roast brings together the smooth and complex dance of chocolate, soft caramel sweetness, and with a hint of plum fruit.
