Have you always wanted to make sourdough but felt overwhelmed or unsure where to begin?
Have you tried to understand it but get lost in the details of it?
This class is for you.
Join me for a very beginner friendly sourdough class where we’ll slow things down and take
the mystery out of sourdough baking. We’ll start with the basics — what sourdough is, why
people love it, and how it’s different from other breads — and then move step by step - slowly
through creating and caring for your own starter, to the methods of baking.
Class Plan
In this class you’ll learn:
• A simple method to make and feed a sourdough starter for you to take home
• How to tell when a starter is healthy — and how to know if it’s gone bad
• Why discard happens and how to use it (with easy recipes!)
